Dr. Ellie Gripshover

Veterinarian / Practice Owner

Dr. Ellie was Born and Raised in Rabbit Hash, KY! - She has been in veterinary medicine for 22 years! - Graduated from 2 of the best SEC schools Go CATS! and War Eagle! - University of Kentucky - Double Major in Animal Science and Biology, then received her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Auburn University - Dr. Ellie purchased the clinic from Dr. Smith in 2019! - Dr. Ellie lives on a farm in the Chandler community where her family raises seed stock, registered cattle and show pigs. Her family is actively showing the animals they raise and are proud to be part of the agriculture community! - They have a few other critters too… 3 dogs, 8 cats, 1 mini-Rex bunny and some chickens. - She and Her family enjoy traveling and you will not find them going back to the same vacation spot very often - they like to explore and see new things. “We have been blessed beyond measure and so thankful for our community and their support of NRAH”

Dr. Emily Osbourne

Veterinarian

Dr. Emily joined NRAH in 2020 as an Associate Veterinarian and moved to Russellville in 2021! - ”My desire to pursue veterinary medicine started young on my family’s farm and in 4-H where I showed horses. I still love to ride every chance I get!” - She received her BS in Biology at WKU in 2014! - She then graduated with honors in 2019 from Auburn College of Veterinary Medicine! War Eagle!!! - “My professional interests include internal medicine, emergency medicine, and exploratory surgeries" - ”Every chance I get I am in a relentless pursuit of my other passion, flying and traveling to a new city. My favorite sound is my luggage rolling through an airport” #givemewings - “I have two of the most perfect fur children- Rain and Wind!” - Dr. Emily also enjoys visiting her family’s farm up north and spending time with her niece! - “Finding NRAH, my team, and this town has been a saving grace that I knew I needed, but I didn’t know how much it would change my life. Dr. Lauren Rexing

Veterinarian

Dr. Rexing has been in the veterinary field since 2011. She graduated from St. George’s University in 2020 and has been with NRAH since April. She has 3 beautiful dogs - Rosie, Hugo and Harvey. They love learning new tricks and hiking together. She and her husband have been together since 2012 and enjoying married life since 2016. In her free time she enjoys reading, running and bike riding. Favorite quote: “Live, laugh, dissociate.”

Kalee Dotson

Practice Manager / Veterinary Assistant

Kalee has been in Veterinary Medicine for nearly two decades and joined the NRAH team in 2019! She is married to her highschool sweetheart and together they have three children. Her fur babies include 2 dogs and 3 cats! The best part of veterinary medicine is surgery and emergency medicine, in Kalee's book! Her favorite patients are seniors, "soft words and a warm blanket make the biggest difference!" Her favorite pastimes are gardening and reading a good book! "Choose a job you love, and you will never have to work a day in your life."

Gabby Graveman

Veterinary Assistant

Gabby has been with NRAH since 2022 and graduated from Austin Peay State University with a Bachelors of Agriculture in 2024. Gabby is engaged to her fiancé Trenton and will be getting married during the fall of 2026. She has two fur babies, Saint and Luci! In her free time she loves to crochet, sew, listen to true crime podcasts, spend time with her dogs and explore antique stores!

Jessie Morgan

Customer Service Representative

Jessie has been in the veterinary field nearly two decades. In her spare time sports are LIFE- She loves to cheer on the Cincinnati Reds, Kentucky Wildcats and Dallas Cowboys. She is a baseball, football and basketball mom to two sweet boys, Karson and Cole, and a fur mom to her corgi, Rupp. Jessie is a great addition to our team and is always happy to speak with clients!

Kristy Paul

Customer Service Representative

Kristy Joined the NRAH team in 2023, after her family moved here from michigan. She and her husband Dave have 22 year old triplets; Logan, Gavin, and Audrey. They also have 3 fur babies; Bower, Ellie, and an 18 year old cat named Chloe. In her free time she likes to cook and bake for her family, catching a good documentary on netflix, and spending time outdoors. One of her favorite things is sitting on the porch with her dogs and a cup of sweet tea!

Brittany Christmas

Customer Service Representative

Hi, I’m Brittany! I have been in vet med for over 10 years. I’ve played many roles over the years, but my favorite must be customer service and being the front line for the team. I have been with my husband for 8 years & we have a little girl named McKenna Kate & 2 dogs named Benji and Peaches. When I’m not working you can find me doing all the fun mom things. We enjoy traveling, being outdoors, and spending time as a family.

Jonna Sapp

Jonna has been working in the vet field for many years, starting in her grandfather's clinic, then to Murray State, as well as international travel. "I love working with all of God's little creatures."

Casey Byrum

Veterinary Assistant

Casey has been with NRAH over a decade! She is married to her highschool sweetheart and together they have two beautiful children; Dylan and Shelby. They have 3 fur babies who run the house. Casey's favorite time of year is summer, so she can enjoy the outdoors! She has always loved ALL animals and enjoys sharing her passion with the clients at NRAH and their fur babies. NRAH is thankful for all you do! "I am so thankful to be a member of the NRAH team. We are not just a team; we are a family! I speak for those who have no voice!"

William Bagby

Veterinary Assistant

Willie has been in the veterinary field since 2016! - He enjoys traveling and finding new roads! - Willie was raised on his family’s farm! - His kitten’s name is Cloud! - Willie works a full-time job with the State Road department and fills in with us on almost all Saturdays!

Maci Hutcherson

Veterinary Assistant

Maci has been with NRAH for over 4 years! She has 2 human children – Blake and Brooklyn – and 5 fur children: Hoss, Juno, Precious, Skeeter, and Granny. After working in animal welfare, “rescued” is her favorite breed, and “foster” is her second favorite F-word. Maci’s favorite time of year is fall. She enjoys spending time with her family, being outdoors, fishing, and tending to her houseplants. If she’s on vacation, you can usually find her chasing waterfalls in the mountains.

Laura Head

Veterinary Assistant

Laura is in college at Austin Peay for their veterinary technician program. She has been with us since 2022. Laura has 3 dogs- Snoopy, Charlie Brown, and Fudge. Laura is an amazing addition to our team, and we are all extremely proud of her goals and accomplishments!

Dominique Goin

Veterinary Assistant

Dominique has been a vet assistant with NRAH for 1.5 years, and worked in the field as a kennel assistant in high school.

In her free time, she cherishes spending time with her husband, Jake, their daughter, Scarlet, and their little dachshund, Jenny.

Dominique loves baking, anime, warm days outside, and playing boardgames with her family.

Dominique is passionate about the fulfilling work her team does at NRAH, and helping all of the creatures who come our way. 🤍

Kelby Purdue

CO-OP Veterinary Assistant

Kelby has been with NRAH as a co-op student since 2025. After high school graduation, she plans to attend SKYCTC to pursue a career in Radiography. She has many four legged animals, but has one fur baby of her own, a dachshund, Deuce! In her free time she watches crime shows, goes shopping, or spends time with friends and family.

Cricket - Clinic Cat

Hi! My name is Cricket. A client found me as a stray and then brought me to NRAH in the fall of 2019. Dr Ellie decided to take me in and treat me as the first NRAH clinic cat! Although I'm not quite as social as my younger brother, Pirate, I do enjoy a good head scratch and greeting clients from the counter. My favorite pastime is bird watching in the break room and sunbathing.

Hello! My name is Pirate. In the summer of 2020 I was brought in to see Dr. Ellie due to an eye injury, my owners decided to sign me over so Dr.Ellie could do surgery, called enucleation. After surgery and recovery the choice was easily made to make NRAH my furever home. Since then I have been promoted to the official counter greeter and like to give out complimentary shoulder massages! I never meet a stranger so make sure to say "Hi!" anytime you are in the office!
